This policy explains what Senior Class Merch (“we”) collects on seniorclassmerch.com and how we use it.
What we collect
- Quote requests: your name, email, phone number, shipping address, school, team or club, your role, and the details of what you want made (product, quantity, deadline, colors, sizes, design notes and any message).
- Contact messages: your name, email, topic and message.
- Earlier shop waitlist sign-ups: first name, email, role, class year, school and interests, if you joined before October 2026.
- Basic site data: like most websites, our host and tools record technical data such as your IP address, browser and pages visited, to keep the site secure and understand which guides are useful.
How we use it
We use quote details to price your order, contact you about it by email, phone or text, and, if you go ahead, produce and ship it. We use contact details only to reply to you. We do not sell your personal information to marketers or data brokers.
Who we share it with
To price and fulfill a custom order, we share the details of your request with the print and fulfillment partners who quote and produce it, and your shipping details with the carrier that delivers it. Those partners may contact you directly about your quote. We also share data with the service providers that run the site and our email (such as web hosting and workflow tools), only so they can provide those services, or when the law requires it.
Children
Our contact form is for people 13 and older, and we ask that quote requests come from an adult or with a parent, teacher or sponsor involved. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to see, correct or delete your information, at any time through our contact page. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
Cookies
The site uses only the cookies needed for it to work and for basic, aggregated analytics. If we add advertising or affiliate partners, we will update this policy first.
Changes
We will post any changes here and update the date above.
